DH Planning prepares planning applications and appeals for Island sites. Isle of Wight Council is the unitary local planning authority for the whole Island, so there is no district underneath and no county overlay. The council that decides the case is still the one for that address, which we confirm before we quote. The fee is fixed in writing first. We are not the council, and we do not guarantee permission.

Householder applications from £500. Small full applications from £1,000. Written representations appeals £500 to £1,000. Council fees are separate. Every quote is confirmed in writing before work starts.
